Jessy and Kuschi
Dancers and teachers with passion.
What’s the most important in dancing for you?
Kuschi: The most important and fulfilling about dancing a couples dance is the connection two dancers can have. When they understand each other without saying a word.
Jessy: What I enjoy most about dancing is having the time to relax, let go, feel the music, and express that through my movements; especially when it’s with a partner, where you can feel the connection with the music and with each other.
You were national, European and World champion multiple times and you teach others. What more would you like to achieve if anything was possible?
Kuschi: Maybe something like inventing a new move that will be used all over the world.
Jessy: My biggest achievement is to collect on every festival/ workshop THAT one best dance of my life or THE dance what I can dream of…
What part of teaching in dancing do you like most (techniques, figures, aerials et cetera)?
Kuschi: I like teaching things like connection and interpretation the most.
Jessy: My favorite part of teaching is to share ideas of connection to your partner and to the music. And of course: How to express the passion.
What dancing experience you’ll always remember, do you want to share with us?
Kuschi: One of the many things I will always remember is when we won the “Golden Colibri” in Germany, together with the “Boogie Gang”.
Jessy: In my 28 years of dancing I have many beautiful and super fun experiences in mind. But personally I will always remember that moment when Kuschi and I went on stage to perform our last competition round…
